Meet Paul and Geoff

The blokes behind it all

Paul and Geoff have been mates for longer than either of them cares to admit — and business partners for nearly as long. Over the years they've pursued plenty of ventures together, but Spring Hill Llamas is the one that stuck. It offers a balance of hard work, family, fun, and success. After a coffee you'll find them out on the farm most mornings, doing what they love and building something they're genuinely proud of. And between the two of them, there isn't much they don't know about llamas!

Hard work and good living

Spring Hill Llamas is run from Paul and Geoff's family farms in regional Victoria. The properties have been operating for over 40 years and since they adjoin, it makes for a lot of space for the llamas to roam.

Paul's family plot is affectionately referred to as "The Run." It's a busy place. Alongside the llamas you'll find sheep, emus, chickens, a few dogs, and reptiles too. At any given time there are likely a few WWOOFers (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms), backpackers, friends or family staying onsite lending a hand with the daily chores of farm life. There is always something happening, anything from a simple coffee and a chat to a hair brained idea being brought into reality.

A highlight of the year, is shearing day. A full family and friends affair where everyone pitches in, sleeves are rolled up, llama spit is wiped off of the face, and hard work is rewarded with plenty of good food, drink, and company afterwards.

Everyone is welcome at The Run.
